Bright red Italian peppers, carefully chosen for their size and appearance. Firstly they are hollowed out and then they are stuffed by hand with a delicious filling of tuna and capers. They have an intense aroma which is slightly spicy and ideal to be served as an hors d’oeuvre or cold buffet treat or with fish dishes.
