This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the CED Caribbean POS PDF integration (“Application”), operated by CED Caribbean B.V. (“CED Caribbean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application is an internal business integration designed to allow authorized CED Caribbean users and systems to access accounting-related information and documents, including invoice information and invoice PDF documents, from QuickBooks Online.

The Application is intended for authorized business use only.

2. Authorization

Access to the Application is limited to users and systems authorized by CED Caribbean. Users may not attempt to access information, accounts, invoices, or other data for which they have not been granted authorization.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online through APIs and services provided by Intuit Inc.

By authorizing the QuickBooks connection, the authorized QuickBooks account administrator permits the Application to access the QuickBooks information necessary to provide its intended functionality.

The Application is independently operated by CED Caribbean and is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

4. Permitted Use

The Application may be used only for legitimate business purposes associated with CED Caribbean’s operations.

Users must not misuse the Application, attempt to circumvent its security controls, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to connected systems or information.

5. Data and Security

CED Caribbean takes reasonable measures to protect information processed through the Application. Access credentials and authorization tokens used to communicate with third-party services are intended to be handled securely and used only for providing the Application’s functionality.

6. Availability

CED Caribbean does not guarantee that the Application will be available without interruption. Availability may depend on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, internet connectivity, hosting infrastructure, and other systems outside CED Caribbean’s control.

7. Third-Party Services

Use of QuickBooks Online and other third-party services remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of those service providers.

8. Changes

CED Caribbean may modify this Agreement or the Application when reasonably necessary, including for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons.

9. Termination

CED Caribbean may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time when access is no longer authorized or when necessary to protect its systems, information, or business operations.
