A mix of berries including blueberries, raspberries, red currants and blackberries picked when ripe and selected for their texture and size, preserved in their own juice with the addition of a little brown sugar, not to lose their natural freshness and fragrance. They are ideal to add to desserts or to use to decorate them. As this berry mix is quite thick it is an ideal topping on panna cotta and similar desserts.

L’aggiunta di zucchero di canna esalta il profumo e il gusto naturalmente fresco della preparazione, che si presta ad essere utilizzata come ingrediente per i dessert e nella loro decorazione. Per la consistenza e densità, il prodotto è perfetto per guarnire la pannacotta.
